Ever work for a technology company with outdated equipment? Not at Peak. We think technology should open doors not close them. Having great gear means being able to serve our clients in a great way and that’s our top priority!

Vacation

Everyone needs a break now and then. You will have a very competitive amount of vacation and as you build seniority, you get more. We appreciate the commitment of our employees and like to show them!

Insurance

We cover a generous amount of insurance so you and your family can worry about other things. On top of that we’ll pitch into your HSA each year. Now that helps out!

Health Facility

Healthy living is important and a priority to the founders. Peak employees have access to a health facility with great equipment. On top of that, it’s all located on-site and only a few steps away from your desk.

Travel Incentives

Traveling to visit our clients is a great way to learn about their needs and how we can develop beneficial solutions. However, we also know travel can be tough on home life. That’s why we established a per diem for our employees that travel. At $57 to $68 per day, anything you don’t use is money in the pocket!
