With many bank employees working from home office locations such as living rooms, kitchens, and even bedrooms, Peak continues to find ways to interact, engage, and educate bank employees virtually.
Peak recently completed a 4-day virtual Loan Core Optimization with a Midwest bank. Microsoft Teams technology allowed employees to log in and participate in the training virtually. Encouraging video participation by all employees over the 4-day training session allowed Peak to interact and celebrate with the employees with air high fives and more!
