Recently Peak worked with an institution looking to standardize and maximize their use of the Integrated Teller application. Throughout the Optimization we discussed how to most effectively use Integrated Teller and reviewed current specifications and practices. Along with the consultant led sessions, the bank also opted for an Opportunities Project Plan detailing the topics covered and Peak’s recommended next steps. Integrated Teller is a powerful application, and together we were able to discover strengths, areas of improvement, and features that may have been previously overlooked.
