Peak recently worked with a bank to perform a comprehensive Premier System Assessment (PSA). The focus of this engagement was to assess and bring awareness to the current state of their core utilization. This includes a review of Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Security, BPM, BSA/AML & FCRM, Business Analytics & Integrated Teller.
On-site and virtual meetings were scheduled with department heads from each area to determine pain points, process gaps, and identify areas of opportunity. Following the meetings, Peak was able to provide a comprehensive assessment and best practice recommendations for a road map of improvement and efficiency opportunities within the bank.
Peak recommends a Premier System Assessment when a financial institution is evaluating and negotiating Fiserv Premier® contract renewals to understand the full potential of the core system from true system experts. Peak will also provide recommendations on more comprehensive engagements involving implementation of additional core functionality.
