Peak Consulting recently assisted a small, community bank with onboarding 50 clients into Fiserv’s online banking management system, Access Manager. Using Nintex Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Peak was able to build and deploy automation that streamlined the onboarding process. Using their expert knowledge of the Fiserv Premier system, the RPA process was also able to set up Treasury Management services for clients and employees. This type of automation can be used on an ongoing basis to manage online banking access and services, mitigating the risk of incorrect configuration.
