Amanda graduated from Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management. She brings over 13 years of banking experience in the deposit, IT and management roles with 9+ years working directly with Fiserv Premier® specifications and Business Process Manager.
She began her banking career as a call center representative. The nature of the ‘one-stop shop’ call center she worked in allowed her to gain a variety of banking knowledge. After a few years soaking up that knowledge she had taken on different roles including Application Support, as well as managing a CIF team and Deposit Operations. Most recently she was a Business Analyst which allowed her to observe and document current processes, improvement opportunities and potential solutions bank wide. In addition, she was a key player in vetting new vendor partners and implementing new solutions to the Fiserv core.
By combining her knowledge of Fiserv Premier and best practices she is able to provide insight in multiple areas of the bank; either by implementing and training new practices or documenting existing processes in order to identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys baking, coffee dates, party planning, house projects and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.
