Loan Consultant
Job Summary:
The Loan Consultant’s most important role is to work with our clients in a consultative manner to help them achieve top performance on the Fiserv Premier® (Navigator®) Core Loan platform. There are many other responsibilities, but they all revolve around this core mission…which is a pretty awesome mission. Other responsibilities include researching system reports and evaluating our client’s systems, troubleshooting issues, articulating solutions and best practices, partnering to ensure progress on deliverables, creating meaningful resources, staying on top of industry information, and generating new client relationships. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge of the Fiserv Premier® Core software. Some remote only positions are available.
Common Responsibilities:
- Articulate Peak Consulting values and services to prospective clients
- Research and analyze system reports to determine efficiency gaps
- Deliver effective and relevant lending software solutions
- Travel to client locations and manage itinerary, expenses, and reports
- Safeguard sensitive client and company information
- Help cultivate a fun and productive work culture
- Learn new software functionality
- Train clients and other staff members on various subjects
- Speak to small groups and manage projects
- Answer customer support inquiries
- Responsible for developing existing relationships and generating new business

Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant role is to support our executive team. You will manage tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, Scope of Work creation, Summary of Findings documents, arranging client calls, and putting together client resources. Other tasks include report creation, and organizing travel and accommodations. To excel in this role, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, strong ability to take initiative, be extremely fast at problem solving and have experience as an executive or administration assistant.
For the Office Manager role, you will help take care of our office and our co-working facility. We offer suites to professional tenants that we manage. Responsibilities include watering plants, light cleaning, distributing mail, upkeep of the exterior grounds, maintaining supplies, interviewing tenant candidates, etc.
There is a nice variety of duties that go along with this position. Some are detail oriented and more technical while others get you outside and moving around.
Common Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Manage executive calendars; schedule meetings, follow up calls and customer support.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support.
