Loan Consultant
Job Summary:
The Loan Consultant’s most important role is to work with our clients in a consultative manner to help them achieve top performance on the Fiserv Premier® (Navigator®) Core Loan platform. There are many other responsibilities, but they all revolve around this core mission…which is a pretty awesome mission. Other responsibilities include researching system reports and evaluating our client’s systems, troubleshooting issues, articulating solutions and best practices, partnering to ensure progress on deliverables, creating meaningful resources, staying on top of industry information, and generating new client relationships. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge of the Fiserv Premier® Core software. Some remote only positions also available.
Common Responsibilities:
- Articulate Peak Consulting values and services to prospective clients
- Research and analyze system reports to determine efficiency gaps
- Deliver effective and relevant lending software solutions
- Travel to client locations and manage itinerary, expenses, and reports
- Safeguard sensitive client and company information
- Help cultivate a fun and productive work culture
- Learn new software functionality
- Train clients and other staff members on various subjects
- Speak to small groups and manage projects
- Answer customer support inquiries
- Responsible for developing existing relationships and generating new business
Ideal Attributes:

Robotic Process Automation (Nintex RPA) Consultant
Job Summary:
The Robotic Process Automation Consultant’s most important role is to work with our clients in a consultative manner to help them achieve top performance on the Nintex RPA software. There are many other responsibilities, but they all revolve around this core mission…which is a pretty awesome mission. Other responsibilities include script development and review of our client’s current scripts, troubleshooting script issues, articulating solutions and best practices, partnering to ensure progress on deliverables, creating meaningful resources, staying on top of industry information, and generating new client relationships. As a RPA consultant you will train clients on basic to advanced script writing and error handling, while additionally presenting new areas the software can be utilized. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge of the Nintex RPA software.
Common Responsibilities:
- Articulate Peak Consulting values and services to prospective clients
- Research and analyze existing client scripts to determine efficiency gaps
- Deliver effective and relevant Nintex RPA training remotely and on-site
- Present opportunities for utilization of Nintex RPA software within bank operations
- Travel to client locations and manage itinerary, expenses, and reports
- Safeguard sensitive client and company information
- Help cultivate a fun and productive work culture
- Learn new software functionality
- Train clients and other staff members on various subjects
- Speak to small groups and manage projects
- Answer customer support inquiries
- Responsible for developing existing relationships and generating new business.
- Manage sale of Nintex RPA license software
