Josiah brings a rare blend of banking experience and programming expertise to Peak Consulting. He began his journey in financial services in 2022, working hands-on with the Fiserv Premier® core to design and automate internal processes. With a natural talent for building fast, reliable solutions, he quickly became the go-to resource for operational efficiency.

Since joining Peak in 2025, Josiah has earned Expert-level certifications in both Nintex RPA and Workflow Cloud—credentials that reflect his deep understanding of automation strategy and implementation. Whether he’s writing high-performance scripts, optimizing complex data workflows, or building custom logic to solve unique challenges, Josiah is driven by a passion for helping financial institutions streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

In addition to his automation toolkit, Josiah is skilled in SQL, VBA, and Business Analytics—making him a versatile partner for any data-driven project. Outside of work, he enjoys 3D modeling, tinkering with new programming projects, and spending quality time with friends and family.
