About MaryAnne

MaryAnne Hagopian is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in banking, workflow automation, and robotic process automation. Her career includes more than a decade supporting customers through roles at EnableSoft and Nintex, where she developed deep expertise in RPA and process improvement. She began her professional journey in the banking industry with Bank of America, starting as a Teller then moving to Customer Service Representative, building a foundation in customer service and operational efficiency before transitioning into technology-driven automation.

MaryAnne holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute. Originally from Rhode Island, MaryAnne moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 2005 and later settled in Clermont, Florida in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys a vibrant life in Central Florida. She has three cats — Coda, Martin, and Maggie — and shares a love of music with her husband, Steve. MaryAnne occasionally joins The Steve Hogie Band on stage as a vocalist at the House of Blues in Disney Springs. A Disney annual passholder, she loves spending her free time relaxing and exploring the parks.
